There are two ways to define a person:
what they say, and what they stand for.
Daniel Mael calls himself an investigative journalist. So we did something simple, we investigated the investigator. What did we find?
Daniel Mael stands with the Alexander brothers – Tal, Oren, and Alon, who were convicted in 2026 on serious federal sex charges, including:
- Sex trafficking conspiracy
- Sexual exploitation of multiple victims
- Abuse involving a minor
- Related federal offenses
That’s not my opinion. That’s on the record.

So the question isn’t about them anymore.
The question is: why does Daniel Mael keep orbiting this story and why does he defend the Alexander brothers on social platforms?
Daniel Mael, a religious Jew, presents himself as a strong supporter of Israel. Yet he has persistently attacked United Hatzalah, a volunteer-run organization known for saving lives in critical emergency situations.
It’s fair to criticize any organization but the contrast here is hard to ignore. On one side, United Hatzalah: a life-saving humanitarian group. On the other, the Alexander brothers convicted sex offenders.

Back in 2015, he wrote for The Times of Israel as a journalist and blogger. More than a decade later, it’s hard to ignore the lack of progress; he has only 5,000 followers on X and 10,000 on Instagram.
Now here’s where things get interesting: how does someone with such a modest career end up living in a $13 million Bal Harbour home without ever making serious money?
Daniel’s wife, Isabel Tsesarsky Mael, is the daughter of Mark Tsesarsky, Vice Chairman at Millennium Management, a global investment firm managing approximately $84 billion in assets. In 2024, Mark Tsesarsky purchased a home for Isabel and Daniel Mael for $13 million a sum far beyond what Daniel’s career would support.

How many fathers-in-law do you know who have bought a $13 million house? Almost none. Yet he lives in one claiming to be unbiased while defending the very people who made it possible.
That’s Daniel Mael, living in a Bal Harbour home his father-in-law, Mark Tsesarsky, purchased through the Alexander brothers.
Do you think that was Mark Tsesarsky’s first deal with the Alexander brothers? It wasn’t.
In 2021, according to The Real Deal, he purchased another unit through them in the South Tower of the St. Regis Bal Harbour.
Credible sources say he was closely tied to their social circle and regularly attended their events.

Is it a coincidence that after buying an apartment for himself in 2021, Mark later bought Daniel’s home in 2024 both deals done through the Alexander brothers? And still, Daniel defends the Alexander brothers while attacking victims who spoke out about sexual abuse involving them.
Multiple deals. Social ties. And that’s only what’s publicly known so far.
We’re just getting started.

But let’s not lose sight of the real question: why is Daniel so eager to defend and protect them?
Does this have anything to do with his father-in-law?
We don’t have accusations yet but just many questions.
